My mom was in need for new hearing aids, and Christopher was so helpful. He gave her the hearing test and recommended specific hearing aids that would help her severe hearing loss. He's gone above and beyond with my mom. So patient and really seems to care about his clients. Looking foward to working with him in the future with my mom, and I will probably schedule an appointment with him as well, as my hearing is not as good, as I've gotten older. Great office, people and I highly recommend this office.

Thanks to a special lady Ashaleigh. My wife and I are looking forward to getting our hearing aids from the Sound Point office in Casa Grande. As usual with insurance companies, we were getting a run around. Ashaleigh got involved and in a very short time we got our appointments scheduled and will finally get our devices. I was a Health care CEO for over 35 years and I know how rare it is today to find someone that really cares about patients and their needs. Ashleigh is not only lovely but the perfect face of the company—professional, welcoming, and genuinely warm. The Audiologist, Christopher, was incredibly gentle and kind with my elderly parents. He explained every single step of the process in a way they could understand. My mom has dementia, so her temperament can be unpredictable and she’s often fearful. Christopher was patient, soothing, and took his time to help her feel safe and calm. His kindness and spirit are something special. So many businesses today have lost that personal touch, but this place is a true gem. Even if you didn’t need a hearing test, you’d almost want to go just to experience the level of care this team provides (j/k lol). Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at SoundPoint Hearing Center in Goodyear, AZ! Christopher took amazing care of me and explained every step of the process — perfect for a beginner like me. He showed me how to care for my hearing aids, set up programs and modes, and at each follow-up appointment, he patiently explained new features and fine-tuned the settings to make sure everything worked perfectly. He’s incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. Big thanks also to Ashleigh at the front office for being so friendly and helpful every time I visit.
