My hearing is better than ever before. Bob is very professional and friendly. Top notch staff. I highly recommend their services.

My first visit left a lot to be desired not very satisfied with the help I got. The second visit went to pick a repaired hearing aid and was very to be helped by store manager named Rihanna, she was Soo helpful, patient and friendly, I probably wouldn't continue going there if not for her. True customer service excellence.

I have had very good experience with Bob Klein at Sound Point in Goodyear. During the pandemic I noticed I could not hear or read lips because of the mask situation and everybody was mumbling I was also having a hard time hearing the TV. I had the volume up to 90.. Bob gave me a hearing test and I’ve been wearing hearing aids ever since 2021. I have appointments every six months to have my hearing aids updated and cleaned. Bob is always very helpful. He explains how to use the Starkey app and I’m very happy. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Bob is amazing! He is always very helpful and doesn’t mind answering any of my grandmother questions every appointment. Makes every appointment very easy going and keeps a great conversation going with her during the whole appointment. Very thankful for how helpful he is at every appointment! Everyone up front is very helpful as well! Great place for sure!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Bob is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone. My grandmother loves him and he makes her feel very comfortable. He’s patient, informative, and very reassuring. He is also very funny and has a great conversation the entire time. After we leave her appointments she raves about how amazing he is and how comfortable she feels there. Also the receptionist are always so pleasant! No matter which one it is up there, they are all very friendly. They get a 5 star rating from us!!!
