I have had very good experience with Bob Klein at Sound Point in Goodyear. During the pandemic I noticed I could not hear or read lips because of the mask situation and everybody was mumbling I was also having a hard time hearing the TV. I had the volume up to 90.. Bob gave me a hearing test and I’ve been wearing hearing aids ever since 2021. I have appointments every six months to have my hearing aids updated and cleaned. Bob is always very helpful. He explains how to use the Starkey app and I’m very happy. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Bob is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone. My grandmother loves him and he makes her feel very comfortable. He’s patient, informative, and very reassuring. He is also very funny and has a great conversation the entire time. After we leave her appointments she raves about how amazing he is and how comfortable she feels there. Also the receptionist are always so pleasant! No matter which one it is up there, they are all very friendly. They get a 5 star rating from us!!!

Bob and staff are supper. My hearing was very bad, and now I can engage in conversations, make phone calls and regain my social life. I would recommend Bob and his staff.

The staff there are amazing. They are so friendly and will do whatever they need to do to Help you. Definitely recommend them ! Chris and the receptionist are the sweetest.

My mom was in need for new hearing aids, and Christopher was so helpful. He gave her the hearing test and recommended specific hearing aids that would help her severe hearing loss. He's gone above and beyond with my mom. So patient and really seems to care about his clients. Looking foward to working with him in the future with my mom, and I will probably schedule an appointment with him as well, as my hearing is not as good, as I've gotten older. Great office, people and I highly recommend this office.
